What equipment do I need?
No equipment is required. We can give you a full body workout program, using just your body weight. Sometimes we’ll use small props like balls and elastic bands, dumbbells and boxing mitts. And if you have a gym in your building, we can use that as well. You will get noticeable results no matter what.
Cancellation Policy
We operate with a strict 24 cancellation policy. The full rate applies. If a trainer cancels within 24 hours, you will be given a session in the bank.
How long is each Personal Training session?
All our sessions delivered are 45 mins long. Bookings for 1 hour 30 mins can be arranged.
How much does it cost?
Monthly memberships start from £69.50 per session based on 3 sessions per week. Block bookings start from £75 per session based on a block booking of 10 purchased.
